Service Manager 2017 is now available!

Technisoft is pleased to announce the release of Service Manager 2017 and all add-on modules! These are now available for download from the Partner area of our website.
...Read on to see a brief list of some of the new features that have been added to Service Manager 2017.
The new software release is available to existing Service Manager customers who are current on Software Assurance at no additional cost.
Some of the new features applied in Service Manager 2017 include:
*A new Price Escalation option to specify by Scheduled Frequency
*A new Refurbishment Adjustment type to allow negative and positive cost adjustments
*G/L Segment Override is available at Task level
*Subcontractors and Internal Equipment can be added to Work groups
*Subcontractors can have Skills defined and the Skills properties have been enhanced to include more information about the certification and renewal of those skills
*New Status Actions to control work flow
*New option to Auto-Retrieve Time Entries
and lots more!
Advanced Scheduling for Service Manager 2017 has been upgraded to work with all the relevant new features of Service Manager as well as several new features of its own. These include new docking windows, recurring appointments, and the ability to colour appointments by Service Code.
Field Connect continues to lead the market in the field solutions marketplace and the latest release keep making this excellent program even better. New features include better security control, team time recording and support for Quotes.
